Tryout Registration
Online Registration is now OPEN for 2025-2026 Club Season
Welcome to 2025-2026 Season Fall Tryouts Registration with Mamba Volleyball Academy!
This Registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment.
NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM DURING TRYOUTS
Attendance at both dates for your age group tryouts is STRONGLY encouraged. If you cannot attend one of the tryout dates for your age level, please email mamba@mambavolleyball.org.
We are not allowing anyone to "make-up" a tryout by attending another age division date.
When you register, you will automatically be placed in the age group based on your birthdate.

A USAV/Badger Region Membership or USAV/Badger Region Tryout Membership is needed to participate.

Saturday November 15th & Sunday November 16th - 10:30am - 12:00pm

Cost $50 - online registration
$60 walk-in - cash only
Walk-ins will need to bring paper copies of USAV Volleyball Waiver, Concussion Form and Copy of Badger Region Membership
